Becoming Your Listing Broker
As your listing broker I have 6 primary responsibilities to you as my client:
- First is to enhance your house for the best showing quality. I want your house to show well the 1st time every time.
- Second is getting the best listing price. As a listing broker I want to make sure we never leave money on the table and we don’t want any missed opportunities with to high of a price.
- Third is to give you a total market exposure. We start off a 12 week marketing plan so we have the best use of our time.
- Fourth responsibility is to give you as close to a worry free experience as possible. Now all transactions have some worries come up but I guarantee you we will communicate everything every step of the way.
- Fifth is to give you a quality company. When you hire me you don’t just hire one person you hire an entire team to help you with everything along the way.
- Sixth responsibility is to be your trusted adviser. I am here to be your spring board for ideas not someone to make up your mind for you. I am always here for you.
